The pain, agony and woe of rejection
I can see it all, in my own reflection
The hopes and dreams of what could be
have been shattered for eternity
There is nothing left for me now to keep the sun rising
There is nothing left for me now, why is this not surprising?
My life, my goals and my future are bleak
to continue on like this I must be weak
Someone Iv'e known since the beginning of time
refuses to recognize that I want him to be mine
If you and I can never be true
that explains my newfound, cold hatred towards you
So as I raise the blade to cut the flesh
maybe the next reset I'll start out fresh
